Hi-Shear builds SL series either as single blade cutters or as mechanically redundant bolt,
cable and rod cutters. All SL series cutters have been fully environmentally qualified to
MIL-STD-1540 and other applicable aerospace requirements.
Over the past 20 years, the SL series cutters have demonstrated high reliability in countless
earth-orbital applications.
