Hi-Shear Receives Recognition

Hi-Shear receives recognition as a key supplier of critical space shuttle components by NASA Astronaut Stan Love. The Lockheed Martin Corporation in conjunction with ATK Thiokol coordinated the Astronaut's visit to the company during which Astronaut Stan Love presented all employees of Hi-Shear a signed poster of a United States flag that was flown aboard the Space Shuttle Atlantis, STS-104, from July 12 - 24, 2001. In addition, Astronaut Stan Love narrated a video presentation depicting life aboard the International Space Station.
